Terms
The desk, not the film
Not a studio
Cine Novelist is a governed writing-and-packaging desk from FIA Labs. It is not a production company, not a lawyer, not an accountant, and not a completion bond. Output is assistive material for development and packaging. It is not a lined budget, a term sheet, a boarded shoot, or a cut. Human judgment remains the authority. Do not send a generated still, a coverage note, or a financing story to a buyer, a guild, or a bank as if it were finished work.
Seats and credits
100 credits cost $1. Credits are taken when a working lands. A run that does not land is 0 credits. New accounts get 150 free credits once, with no card, after confirming the email. Writer includes 2,000 credits a month, Producer 4,000, House 10,000. Included credits reset with the paid month and do not roll. Packs do not expire and are not cash. Burn included first, then packs.
Seats renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime; the seat runs to the end of the paid period. After that you keep pack credits on your account.
Payment and refund
If you are an Australian consumer, nothing in these terms excludes the Australian Consumer Law. If you have not used paid credits, you may request a refund of the first prepaid month within 14 days of first payment. Packs already granted are not cash credits. Write to legal@federatedintel.ai.
Your material
You warrant you have the right to put the pages, stills, and notes on the desk. Do not submit a script or a frame you are not entitled to process. You remain responsible for chain of title, defamation, and anything a court has suppressed.
Acceptable use
Do not use the desk to commit an offence, to impersonate a person, or to hold out output as a sealed deal, a guild filing, or a finished picture. Generated frames and motion are hypotheses until a human adopts them.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for a film you make or do not make on the output, for a buyer who misreads the package, or for a preferred cut the pages do not support. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the month in which the claim arose.
Governing law: New South Wales, Australia, without excluding mandatory consumer rights.
